well located near clock tower.nice view from room.cleanliness is also taken care of.nice view outside from room balcony.prompt reply of hotel staff.but they charged high cost according to facility and services they provided according to my personal experience.hotel food was good enough.

Hard to find as Mussoorie has many tiny roads. But near to the main market if you don't mind walking. Staff is extremely hospitable and welcoming. Hot showers couldn't support 3 persons. Would not recommend during colder months as the room gets really cold at night! And no heating from what we know. Overall, recommended for families who wants the human touch and can compromise on quality.

If you want peace, away from hustle bustle of the city and can walk a bit from mall road from picture palace end, then go for it. Less crowded, owner is nice and views are mesmerizing... Wine shop, little lama cafe at a stone's throw...

Visited there in winters 2015 and it was a comfortable stay :) Location is little away from mall road but it helped me to forget daily/hectic life and the plus point is that there is a great view of hills/mountains from each and every room of this hotel. Service was very good..room/washrooms, bed sheet, pillow were neat and clean. Food is good(little expensive though). Best hotel in this price range... !!

Food was very good, but 203 and 204 were in -4 th, floor, There is no lift available, amenities were very poor.

staff was good but it is very old property without proper alterations, need to install proper amenities like proper phone, 24 hour hot water , lights in all the rooms, clean toilets would attract a good rating
